Several steadfast regal fans cheered as the ruler, who is 90 today, ventured from her auto before the Henry VIII door.
The asphalts were stuffed with banner waving, union-Jack wearing royalists all acclaiming the ruler on her point of reference.
Her entry was set apart by an interpretation of Happy Birthday by the Band of the Coldstream Guards.
An interpretation of Happy Birthday and "Cheerful Birthday dear Queenie"erupted from the group as the several well wishers first got a quick look at the Queen.
She was joined by her spouse of over 68 years, the Duke of Edinburgh, who himself turns 95 in June.
The Coldstream Guards band played her Happy Birthday before she began a 100 yard walkabout down Castle Hill.
As the Queen strolled down Castle Hill, numerous individuals gave her blooms and blessings.
Jim Fairman, 70, from Lightwater, Surrey, was the main individual she came to.
He said: "She came to me first.
"I gave her a surrounded photo of her and Princess Margaret when Her Majesty was 17 or 18 and her sister was somewhat more youthful. It was taken against the mass of Windsor Castle.
"I was charmed! She filled my heart with joy."
The Queen gets blooms and endowments from well-wishers
The Queen, joined by the Duke of Edinburgh, gradually advanced down every side of Castle Hill.
After she had been welcomed by holding up dignitaries she grinned as the Coldstream Guards played Happy Birthday.
She infrequently addressed any of the well-wishers yelling "Upbeat Birthday" from the side-lines.
Rather she grinned, gestured her head in thanks and passed all the blessings and blossoms to her women in-holding up.
The enchanted group sang "Glad Birthday dear Queenie" as she strolled past.
Super-fans Terry Hutt, 81, and Margaret Tyler, 72, stayed outdoors overnight in their Union Jack outfits to wish the Queen 'Numerous Happy Returns'.
Ms Tyler said: "I gave her a birthday cake. I needed to offer it to her woman in-holding up as it was so substantial, which interested the Queen."
Mr Hutt said: "I advised her she looked more youthful than any time in recent memory and she grinned and said 'Bless your heart'.
"She looks exquisite in green."
