Samburu province Gov't cautions occupants against offering underage youngsters

Samburu county regime has issued a stern warning to the denizens in the region who espouse off under-age children. This follows a case where a girl aged 16 is now recuperating at Samburu county referral hospital after undergoing a
caesarean section while giving birth. Samburu county assistant chief Sein Lemakara verbally expressed it was against the law to espouse off minors and the culprits would be prosecuted in a court of law.
