Two men arrested as police foil Nairobi, Mombasa terror plots.

Police declared Wednesday they had captured two fear suspects connected to the ISIS system who were arranging significant assaults in Nairobi and Mombasa.

Kiguzo Mwangolo Mgutu and Abubakar Jillo Mohamed are said to have been radicalized at Kangemi Mosque and were selected by their leader Mohamed Abdi Ali, a medicinal understudy, who was captured not long ago alongside two others for purportedly arranging a Bacillus anthracis assault.
