Cultists kill NYSC member in Bayelsa

A civil engineering graduate of University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State, named James Onuh, serving with Bayelsa State Ministry of Works, died when gunmen,
suspected to be cultists, accosted him close to his residence, and shot him at close range.

He was rushed to the Federal Medical Centre, Yenagoa, which workers are on strike, where he gave up the ghost.

Though authorities of NYSC in the state could not be reached for comment, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Asinim Butswat, confirmed the incident.

The cause of this action was still not know as at the time this news was filed.
