Baltimore Cops Shoot 13-Year-Old Boy Carrying Replica Handgun

On Wednesday, a Baltimore cop shot an escaping 13-year-old kid holding a reproduction self-loader gun, WBAL-TV reports .
Powers say the kid is relied upon to survive. As per police, two casually dressed analysts detected the imitation handgun, distinguished themselves as officers and drew closer the kid. Powers say the kid then ran and the officers sought after by walking, shooting him toward the end of the pursuit.
