Seven-year-old boy mauled to death by dog in Maine

A seven-year-old boy has been reportedly killed after a dog attacked him on Saturday, police in Maine have said.


According to local media deputies from the Penobscot County Sheriff's Office were responding to a call about a dog attack in Corinna and found the seven-year-old boy lying helplessly on the ground dead.

Deputies are still investigating the death, so far the boy's name and the breed of the dog have not been released.
