A teenager has shown a senior presidential security aid how to behave in public by tapping his cheek, claiming he only played with him when he wanted to see the president.


He boy was apprehended and handed over to the police. But A senior police officer in Nairobi told the Star on Sunday that besides the president's security lapse, there was no evidence that the teenager had bad intentions.

According to the officer, Otieno entered Afraha stadium at around 8am and approached the president at 1 pm.

The officer said Otieno greeted the president and handed him a note bearing his personal details before he was whisked away by security officers.
