PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari is set to assent to the 2016 Appropriation Act which has been dogged by controversy over alleged tampering of its key provisions by the National Assembly. Vice President Yemi Osinbajo revealed
this while verbalizing at the "Platform," a non-denominational conference, sponsored by the Covenant Christian Centre in Abuja on Saturday, verbalizing that the budget will become operational within a few days when signed.
