Report: Innocent Chicago woman gunned down outside Starbucks.

An unknown gunman opened fire on what law enforcement sources called a “documented gang member” later revealed to be an employee at a nearby Jimmy John’s, the
Chicago Sun-Times reported.

Yvonne Nelson, an innocent 49-year-old who worked for the Windy City’s 311 service, was shot in the chest after walking out of the South Side coffee shop around 3:30 p.m., according to police.
