An Accountant, Ezekiel Onyemalu, has asked a Lagos State High Court sitting in Badagry to dissolve his 14 years espousement with his estranged wife, Ecstasy, verbalizing she is a prevaricator and perfidious.
Onyemalu (petitioner) told the court presided by Equity Abolanle Okikiolu-Ighile that his wife utilized their child’s health challenge as an opportunity to extort mazuma from him. According to him, his wife has been living outside her matrimonial home for more than two years and the espousement has broken down irretrievably. “I want the court to dissolve the espousement and grant me custody of my three children to enable me take felicitous care of them,” he verbally expressed. Responding to the petition, Bliss told the court that she left her matrimonial home after family members of her husband came and beat her up. After heedfully aurally perceiving the respondent, the tribulation judge, Equity Okikiolu-Ighile adjourned the matter to May 25 for adoption of indited addresses.
