A 28 years old Man caught teaching a 5-year-old girl sexual stimulation

Kolawole Saliu, 28, was arraigned yesterday before a Gudu Upper Area Court in the Federal Capital Territory Abuja for allegedly teaching a five-year-old girl how to get sexually stimulated.


Saliu, a residence of Phase 2, Jikwoyi, Abuja pleaded not guilty to the charge of act of gross indecency, contrary to Section 285 of the Penal Code.

According to the prosecutor, when the mother queried her daughter, the girl told her that it was the defendant who often take her to his room to teach her.

The presiding officer, Alhaji Umar Kagarko, granted a N100, 000 bail to the defendant with a credible surety in like sum.

Kagarko ordered that the surety must reside within the jurisdiction of the court and adjourned hearing in the case till July 19.
